Cooldek® is an insulated roof panel by Stratco that combines three functions in one product: roof, insulation and a ceiling-like finish. Unlike standard roofing where you install a metal roof sheet, then separate insulation batts, then a ceiling — Cooldek® does all three in a single panel. The insulated core keeps heat out in summer and warmth in during winter, while the integrated design creates a smooth, clean underside without exposed rafters or battens.

Cooldek® roofing is extremely rigid and can span up to 7 metres between supports. This long span distance reduces the number of posts and supporting framework required, which gives your alfresco or carport a much cleaner, more open appearance with fewer visual interruptions.

Yes — Cooldek® panels include purpose-designed interior channels that conceal electrical wiring for downlights, ceiling fans, power outlets and audio/video cables. Everything is hidden within the panel, so there are no exposed conduits or surface-mounted cables. We design the electrical layout at the build stage so it all integrates neatly.

Cooldek® is extremely versatile. Beyond residential patios and alfresco areas, it's well-suited to carports, pergolas, room extensions, granny flats, pool shelters, commercial buildings, workshops, horse stables and farm equipment sheds.
