Yuri Lazu is the Owner and CEO of The Patio Factory, leading the business since January 2024. He brings a 20-year background in international project governance and financial analysis across the manufacturing and construction sectors, having held asset management and business analyst roles with Amec Foster Wheeler, Clough Amec, Kentz, Advisian (WorleyParsons Group) and the Royal Bank of Scotland on major energy infrastructure projects in Australia, Russia and the UK. Yuri holds a Master's degree in Accounting & Business Management from the Khabarovsk State Academy of Economics and Law and a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Komsomolsk-on-Amur State University. Alongside The Patio Factory, he is the founder of AlphaCraft Pty Ltd (commercial-grade shade and structural installations) and WorkMatePro (offshore teams for Australian SMEs).
