Dave leads building and planning approvals at The Patio Factory, lodging applications with local shires and councils across Perth and tracking every job through to permit. He works daily with WA's building-permit exemption rules, bushfire attack level (BAL) compliance for class 10A structures, and the setback and site-cover limits set out in the Residential Design Codes — flagging anything a design can't legally achieve before it ever reaches a shire's desk. Dave manages the approval process end-to-end for customers, chasing up councils directly so homeowners don't have to.
